Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Create the Boost experience for every customer every time
- Follow the 6 steps of service at 'Register' and the 3 steps of service at 'Pour Up'
- Develop product knowledge and pass on information to customers when necessary
- Strive to deliver the best product as per the Operational Procedure Guides (OPG's) and report any problems to Shift Manager

Operational Excellence
- Enrol in appropriate certification related to the business which will be a work based training
- Complete all BEN on-line training and regularly read notices
- Perform all tasks using correct procedures as detailed in OPG's, Operations Manual and approved checklists
- Maintain excellent food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards in line with Operations Manual and legislation
- Take every opportunity to improve store operations and cleanliness standards

Personal Presentation
- Always maintain outstanding personal appearance standards as per the Personal Presentation OPG

Being a Boostie
- Actively seek opportunities to work as a Team and be open & honest at all times
- Act in a professional manner at all times
- Attend team meetings and events where possible and participate in promotional activities of the store including working at off-site events as detailed by manager
- Attend all training courses as specified by Boost
- Encourage the "Boost Vibe" and a fun atmosphere with all Team Members while maintaining work standards, efficiency and effectiveness

Safety and Security
- Maintain a healthy & safe working and shopping environment at all times
- Report any potential or actual hazards to Shift Manager
- Maintains and adheres to all security procedures and policies
- Adheres to Cash Control Policy and is responsible for contents of cash drawer (if assigned)
- Maintain accurate administrative paperwork when assigned by Shift Manager or part of shift responsibilities
- Performs other duties (within skill and training) as assigned by Shift Manager

Key Performance Indicators
- Critical wait times - Thu in 2 got it in 4
- Customer Feedback
- All OPG's assessed and passed by Manager
- Boost E-Network (BEN) Training - 100%
- Completed & Notices Read weekly
- Average Ticket Value (ATV) - Minimum set by Manager
- Product wastage - Minimal to none per order
- Shift Variances don't exceed $5.00

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
