This role reports to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist and operates on a 9-day fortnight.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy planning and treatment delivery services that comply with all relevant safety and quality standardsMaintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.Liaise with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely mannerExhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equalitySupport a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient-centric and collaborative approachAbout YouProven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and deliveryEffective interpersonal and communication skills that inspire trust and confidence with stakeholdersUnderstanding and commitment to delivering high-quality radiation therapy servicesAbility to adhere to clinical protocols and proceduresUnderstanding of the private healthcare service delivery modelAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCurrent AHPRA Registered Radiation Therapist with QLD Radiation Use LicenceA few of our benefitsAccess to novated lease options via RemServ: Pay for personal car, rego, insurance, fuel & servicing with before-tax earnings, potentially saving thousands
