Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Data Engineer to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver impactful data solutions. This is a contract role that will last up to six months, and the ideal candidate will have experience working with large-scale data environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions in Snowflake, leading data pipeline development using dbt or similar tools, and leveraging AWS for big data and analytics solutions.
They will also partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver insights, provide technical leadership and best practice guidance, and have a background in big data technologies and analytics.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Engineer who wants to take on a challenging role and work with a collaborative team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Principal Data Engineer with large-scale data environments
Strong Snowflake expertise and hands-on experience with dbt or similar
Proficiency with AWS
Background in big data technologies and analytics
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
