Accounting & Finance (AO) Senior Accounting & Finance Melbourne CBD Contract or Temp 15/9/2025 Highly regarded not for profit healthcare organisation CBD/hybrid working environment Great team and culture Great opportunity to join this highly skilled and progressive Finance team working for a very well known healthcare not for profit organisation.With a beautiful head office based in the CBD, very easy to walk to from Flinders Street station, this organisation offers a very flexible hybrid working model.Reporting to the Head of Finance and Commercial, this roe is a true Business Partner role, leading the financial and contractual requirements for your assigned business unit.Key accountabilities are:- Provide financial support across the portfolio;- Work closely with the business to manage the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts;- Prepare variance analysis on monthly management reports;- Assist the operational areas in responding to tenders and in preparing pricing and cost estimates supported by financial and investment analysis;- Provide high quality commercial business intelligence and analytics to the business;- Prepare financial and economic assessments for the business model;- Assist with monitoring and reporting of commercial risk.You will be CA/CPA qualified with a solid Partnering background ideally from within a not for profit background.
You will hold high level Excel and modelling skills with exceptional communication and problem solving ability.
