Key Duties and Responsibilities – Carpentry & Construction
Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Execute high-quality carpentry duties including framing, fixing, fit-out, and formwork
Install structural timber, doors, windows, flooring, and cabinetry to exact standards
Undertake renovations, new builds, and bespoke construction tasks as required
Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to deliver first-class outcomes
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
Uphold all safety requirements, policies, and site regulations
Essential Experience and Skills – Qualified Carpenter
Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of proven post-apprenticeship, hands-on carpentry experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and safe work practices
Valid White Card (Construction industry induction card)
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Own tools and vehicle
