Located inside the famous Chinese Gardens of Sydney, The Gardens by Lotus is an exciting 'Teahouse' style dining and events space. The restaurant is owned and managed by Sydney's premium restaurant group, Lotus Dining, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists.

This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really must be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over some years. If you enjoy dynamic services, then we are what you're looking for.
- **What we are looking for;**_
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a team leader in a fast paced restaurant setting
- Have the ability to effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Venue Manager
- Can create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations
- Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handing and safety/security
- Able to work weekends

**Salary**: $58,084.00 per year
