Salary Range:$74,312.80 to $86,363.83 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)
Note:Northern Beaches Council has secured Retention Grant funding to support wage increases for eligible early childhood education positions.
For the duration of this funding, the adjusted salary range will be $80,907.93 to $93,106.09.

Our Opportunity
The key focus areas of this role include:
Develop, plan, and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework.
Contribute to the effective delivery of Early Learning Services by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively.
Create a stimulating environment to foster and support children's development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality early childhood education programs that meet regulatory and quality standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to support programme delivery and continuous improvement.
About You

Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with relevant experience in early learning settings.
