Your Role:

• Deliver person-centred care with dignity, respect, and compassion

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities

• Provide emotional support and companionship

• Maintain accurate care notes and follow care plans

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure best outcomes

What You'll Need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent)

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• National Police Check (within 6 months)

• COVID-19 vaccination evidence (as per health regulations)

• Relevant experience in aged care, disability, or home care (preferred)

• Driver's licence & reliable transport (advantageous)
