We provide temporary and permanent recruitment for educators in Early Childhood and Schools sectors. Supporting educators from early career through to senior/executive positions.

**The Role**

We are looking for a keen, customer focused, administration professional wanting to develop their skill set. Prior experience in an administration or customer relationship focused role is preferred. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible to deliver to the following:

- Educator compliance and timely activation
- Supporting a high volume of phone & booking support
- Proactively adhering to processes, practices and documentation
- Maintaining a high level of compliance for all active educators
- General office administrative duties

**Skills + Experience**
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Are adaptable and flexible to changing situations and requirements
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge
- High-level attention to detail
- Excellent telephone and verbal skills
- Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
