Job title: FT/PT Occupational Therapy Assistant - Community/Hybrid RoleSalary: A generous base salary + Travel Allowance + SuperLocation: Vermont, VICJob Type: Full-time / Part-timeAbout the Opportunity:We are seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Allied Health Assitant / OT Assitant to join our team.
As one of our clinicians, you'll have the opportunity to conduct evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for clients presenting with a wide range of challenges.Clinicians are also required to carry out basic administration duties such as:Keeping accurate and timely file notesManaging a clinical calendarCreating resources (when necessary)Writing assessment reportsWriting NDIS applicationsCommunicating clearly and professionally with all clinical stakeholders, including supervisors, colleagues, parents, clients, and support coordinatorsWork under the guidance and direction of our supportive allied health professionalsProvide both clinical and non-clinical support, including 1:1 support and group-based interventions under the guidance of allied health professionals as well as administrative tasksBenefits:Flexibility in work hoursTravel allowance Laptop, and all work resourcesQualifications & Experience Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)Current Police check, WWCC, First Aid and CPRCompleted NDIS worker screening or able to completeDriver's license and own carExcellent communication skillsAbility to follow a therapy plan as delegated by a therapist and respond to feedback.
