**About the role**

We are looking for a big personality to help lead our Wollongong Club to new heights As our Assistant Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will need to work closely with the manager to achieve KPI's and ensure you are providing members and prospects with a high level of service. As the Assistant Manager you will help smash targets as well as maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment in which our BELONG values can thrive.
- *note - this is a strongly admin based role._

**About you**

Do you have the following experience and qualities?
- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing people's lives
- A minimum of 2 years admin and/or customer service experience
- Sales and marketing experience, and a passion for hitting targets
- A drive to excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service

**Salary**: From $53,000.00 per year

- Afternoon shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fairy Meadow, NSW 2519: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
