Overview
Suncoast Asphalt is a progressive asphalt provider servicing commercial and residential customers across south-east Queensland. We are recruiting for a motivated professional to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting Team as a Bitumen Sprayer Driver in Narangba, QLD, with jobs in and around the greater Brisbane area. As a Bitumen Sprayer Driver, you will operate and maintain bitumen spraying equipment on road construction projects, working with our crew to ensure high-quality application and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Operate bitumen spraying equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare and maintain equipment before and after use
Follow project plans and specifications for bitumen application
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct routine inspections and report any issues
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
Experience of minimum 1 year in bitumen spraying
Understanding of road construction process
Attention to detail and safety conscious
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
Possession of a White Card for the construction industry
HR licence and Dangerous Goods as required for role

Hourly rate from $40, pending experience, negotiable, plus penalty rates and super
