**Our Family**:

- We're a professional couple living in Mount Pleasant with our first child - a baby boy born in January. We're a warm, busy household. I run a group of companies and travel from time to time, and my fiance is a commercial lawyer returning to part-time work soon. Our home is structured, respectful, and relaxed - and we're looking for someone who can grow with us and become a valued part of our family's daily life.

**Your Duties**:

- Full infant care: feeding, naps, nappy changes, playtime and settling
- Light household duties: laundry, general tidying, and helping keep the space clean and organised
- Meal support: preparing basic meals and snacks (for baby and family)
- Ideally flexible to increase hours over time and potentially move into a full-time or live-in role from mid-year
- Clear communication and reliability are essential

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We're looking for someone experienced with infants, calm under pressure, and confident juggling both baby care and household tasks. You'll be warm, proactive, and take pride in keeping things organised. The right person will enjoy spending time with babies, understand the importance of consistency and communication, and genuinely want to be part of a family environment. We're after someone long-term, with the potential for a live-in role when we move to a larger home in mid-2025.
