KidsCo Australia is creating the next generation of AWESOME We provide innovative high quality After School Care, Before School Care and Vacation Care programs for school aged children, parents, and school communities. Our programs are designed by experts to produce fun engaging environments that enable children to explore, learn and play with KidsCo.

As an Vacation Care and OSHC Educator, you will support the Director of Learning in the day-to-day operation of your site to deliver a best-in-class experience for your little customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day operation of the centre and its services.
- Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment
- Support the delivery of a high-quality curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
- Ensure the Centre is compliant with all the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children.
- Shift times for Vacation Care are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. For OSHC 6:45am-9am and/or 2.30-6pm.

Essential Criteria:

- Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care) or Bachelor in Early Childhood or Primary (alternatively ACECQA approved Qualified OSHC qualification) OR you are currently studying towards your qualifications.
- Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
- First aid qualification
- Knowledge of child protection procedures.
- A working knowledge of the ACECQA The National Quality Framework (NQF).
