Diverse Responsibilities: In addition to commercial grounds maintenance, you will also contribute toconservation and land management efforts, making your work even more meaningful.Responsibilities Lawn care, mowing, and snipping Landscape maintenance and plant care Pest and weed control Hardscape maintenance Seasonal cleanup and debris removalConservation and Land Management DutiesIn addition to general grounds maintenance, you will also be involved in conservation and land management activities, such as: Native plant installation Weed Identification Implementing sustainable landscaping practices Habitat restoration and management Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionalsRequirements Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics of commercial properties.
Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pest management is preferred.
