**Key Responsibilities**
As a Thermal Performance Assessor (TPA) for Energy Advance, you will be an active member of the Energy Efficiency Team ensuring technical compliance protocols are maximising energy efficiency on every project.
- Data processing - Insert clients project information into software with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Undertake thermal comfort analysis to improve the energy efficiency rating of a residential build
- Assessing the building's performance using NatHers software
- Preparing energy reports for clients ensuring documents are properly presented adhering to compliance guidelines specified by Energy Advance's project procedures and policies
- Continual improvement of technical compliance measures.
- Professional accreditation or certification desired but not essential: NatHERS, Green Star, Reference Building pathways, Section J, or Passive House
- A Masters of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building or Bachelor in Environmental Design or an applied science in a relevant field
- Superior sustainability literacy and advanced proficiency in environmental modelling, energy assessment, and thermal comfort
- Industry experience in a similar fields
- Passionate about continued professional development in environmental design analysis
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- A PC available at home to complete training modules before commencement.
**Job Details: 35 hours Monday to Friday 8am -3pm in office

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
