Easy Authoring is seeking an experienced Learning Lead for a large an interesting government project

**Purpose of the role**:
Responsible for analyzing and understanding the current and future technology and ways of working to build a solutions-based learning experience that will improve user experience and increase productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees using a range of fit-for-purpose adult learning modes and methodologies.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plan and implement an effective training schedule of appropriate training sessions.
- Identify technical learning processes and training needs.
- Oversee and direct technical learning seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
- Document and update RegStar Technical Processes as required.
- Communicate changes, updates and general process and ways of working information to users as well as RegStar and RDS IT teams.
- Manage qualitative and quantitative research and analysis and provide end-to-end management of technical learning projects.
- Research supplier selection and management of learning management during fieldwork and reporting phases (incl. stakeholder management)
- Act as lead for the delivery and communication of project outputs across the organisation and amongst relevant stakeholders.

**Essential Requirement**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
