Steel Frame Innovations is currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:
**Skilled Steel Erectors**

We are looking for talented and experienced steel erectors to join our team. This position requires individuals with extensive residential structural steel erection experience. Key qualifications and requirements include:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry

Possession of a white card and a current working at heights ticket (within 2 years currency)

HRWL in WP (over 11 meters)

Valid driver's license

Reliability, dependability, and motivation

Strong work ethic with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team environment

**Key qualifications and requirements include**:
Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to plan and schedule project resources effectively

Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude

**Responsibilities for both positions include**:
Reading and interpreting structural steel drawings and marking plans for site set out and installation of structural steel and concrete tilt panels

Assisting in the preparation of construction programs and methodologies

Organizing, engaging, and motivating crews

Participating in steel installation in a hands-on role

Collaborating with the General Manager to efficiently plan labor and resources to meet project delivery demands

Monitoring and reporting on project performance

Occasionally working on projects outside of the Perth Metro area

Resolving site constraints/issues by liaising with clients

Maintaining a professional manner when communicating with clients

**Preferred qualifications/training/certificates**:
Driver's License (Class C)

White Card

HRWL - Elevated Work Platform over 11m (WP)

Current Work Safely at Heights certificate (within the last 2 years)

**Applicants who possess or demonstrate a willingness to obtain the following will be viewed favorably**:
Heavy Vehicle Driver's License (HR Class)

HRWL - Crane Ticket (C6+)

Current First Aid Certificate

Welding ability
