World Gym Caloundra is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling gym memberships, meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our gym. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, a strong understanding of targets and KPIs, and proficiency in lead generation through outreach.

In this role, you will be required to:

- Generate leads, using creative and varied techniques to ensure a constant flow of incoming leads, including actively promoting World Gym Caloundra to local businesses and the community
- Provide tours to prospective members, demonstrating the gym facilities and highlighting features and benefits that meet their identified fitness needs
- Achieve successful outcomes to incoming enquiries
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Work with your team to meet and exceed membership sales targets and other KPIs
- Follow directions, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner

What you'll need to succeed:

- Minimum 2 years previous sales experience, preferably in the Fitness Industry
- Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a proactive Lead Generation mindset
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Outstanding communication - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Be customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
- A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning and ambition for growth
- Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional and well presented
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be highly motivated and an adaptable team player who can multitask and show initiative

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
