About the role
- Full-time, hybrid Property Assessor Desktop position -no travel to client sites.
- 4-6 weeks of remote training.
- Managing ahigh-volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Managing a portfolio of up to150 property claims daily, from end to end.
- Maintaining a timely delivery of property claims outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations throughout the life of a claim, and being the main point of contact of the insured.
- Liaising with claimants, repairers, suppliers, and other internal/external stakeholders effectively to drive positive outcomes.
About you
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing property claims and/or trade background/qualifications. (mandatory)
- Experience working with insurance brokers would be desirable.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
