**Job Description**:
To be successful you will enjoy the challenge of creating and communicating well thought-through and practical solutions that form the basis for successful implementations, and ultimately steer projects to highly referenceable Customers and make the Customer's business more efficient and successful.

The Associate Consultant will take an active part in various phases of IFS Projects in order to meet Customer needs under the supervision of more Senior Colleagues. They will undertake training in one or more functional or technical areas of expertise. Through training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on project work, they will hone their skills towards working independently with Customers.

To be successful you will need to:
**Project Management**
- Taking personal responsibility to complete tasks on time, within the overall project scope and to the desired quality
- Proactively escalate and flag any risks, problem-solve and give ideas for resolution where possible and when appropriate.
- Ability to multitask and have a desire to achieve proficiency and aptitude through self-guided and supported learning.
- Positive attitude towards team working.

**Project Delivery**
- Develop competence in IFS products and process portfolios
- Be comfortable preparing for and delivering presentations, documentation, conducting workshops, assisting Customer solutions and testing of solutions
- Bring meaningful professional expertise and content to Customer interactions.
- Active participation in project activities.
- Be aware of the key business needs set out by the Customer and the value IFS products and services can provide.

**Customer Service**
- Work with Customer satisfaction in mind and continually seek opportunities to increase Customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Acknowledge the value you deliver to the Customer, quantifying this where possible.

**You will also have**:

- Ability to work independently, passionately and with a result-oriented mindset.
- Capacity and find enjoyment in problem-solving - proactively manage and own the service process to drive desired outcomes, prioritize work by focusing on what's mutually important to the Customer and IFS.
- Be Customer-orientated and focus on quality and communication - ensure a human tone in all digital Customer or Partner outreaches and speaks with the voice of IFS in one-to-many digital communications such as webinars and written communication.
- Cross-functional collaboration - effectively partner with other colleagues and teams within and outside of your own team to drive Customer and Company outcomes. Should be open-minded to input from team members and other departments.
- Have a desire to live the IFS Values: Agile, Trustworthy, Collaboration

**Qualifications**:
**To be considered we would like to hear from you if**:

- You have recently completed your academic studies in Engineering, Business or IT or have held your first job for 3 years in the field of ERP, EAM and Service Management.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally on occasion and even a willingness to relocate internationally for career advancement opportunities in the future
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and local language relevant to the role location.
