Vinnies is all about providing a hand up to people in need. One of the ways we do this is by offering pre-loved goods to the community at affordable prices. Every dollar we make in our Vinnies stores goes back into the community by supporting specialist programs to assist homelessness and poverty.
Currently with 27 stores in and around Canberra, Vinnies already operates a retail store near you. Our stores are staffed by retail professionals supported by our generous volunteers - we're now expanding and have multiple opportunities for Retail Managers available in the new year.
- We offer great salaries, $63K -$79K +11% super, and generous salary packaging benefits*
- Our stores operate during the day only, so no late-night shifts.
- We're offering permanent full-time and part-time work with a range of flexible work options in various locations
**About you**
To be successful in these roles, you will have proven experience in customer service. You will be innovative and adaptive, with a real ability to lead from the front.
You will have an engaging personality with the proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous retailing experience will be highly regarded, and we're very happy to hear from applicants who have other customer service experience too.
