We are seeking a motivated and experienced Location/Office Administrator/Vehicle Cleaner/Branch Manager to lead our Melton Branch and be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment.About the RoleAs the Branch/Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
You'll manage staff, fleet levels, sales targets and operational efficiency – with the opportunity to grow your career in a global organisation.What You'll Be DoingLead, mentor and motivate your team to achieve resultsManage fleet availability, rostering and branch operationsGreet customers and provide exceptional customer service skillsDeliver outstanding customer service communications and resolve customer queriesDrive sales and promote Avis Budget products & servicesEnsure business plans and branch targets are metOversee staff training, compliance and workplace safetyHandle administrative and office management tasksBe flexible in working in and outside the office cleaning vehicles if requiredAbout YouStrong leadership & people management skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesMotivated by targets and able to work under pressureClear communicator with great presentation skillsInternal Avis/Budget experience highly preferredPrevious experience in car rental, automotive, transport, or sales management highly regardedCurrent driver's license is essentialWhat We Offer$75k base salary + target earnings (OTE $90k+)Genuine opportunities for career progression within a global brandA dynamic and supportive work environmentStaff benefits including discounted rentals and incentivesBe part of a rewarding and stable career pathHow to ApplyIf this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you
