We are a doughnut and dessert food truck/ catering business seeking a reliable and motivated person who is looking to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment. The work is based in/around Melbourne at festivals and events.

This is a casual position that will involve working in a food truck as part of a small team interacting with the public and preparing doughnuts and desserts to order. Hours will vary but will be mostly sporadic, weekend work. It is essential that you speak fluent English and have your license/access to transport as the location of work varies depending on event location.

Duties will include:

- Operating POS system/ taking orders from the public
- Frying/cooking doughnuts
- Preparing doughnut orders
- Preparing cold drinks, ice cream, and cheesecake dessert orders
- Maintaining a clean environment
- Setting up/ packing up the food truck

As the successful applicant you will be punctual, friendly, well presented, and efficient. You must have a positive and flexible attitude and be a fast learner. You will also be highly organised, have good time management skills, and a strong attention to detail. It also also imperative that you maintain good personal hygiene, always abide by all safe food handling practices, and and be committed to maintaining a clean workspace at all times. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as are good customer service skills as we do sell directly to the public as well.

- Mentone VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
