Overview
We're on the lookout for an Account Executive or Account Manager to join our team in Sydney.
In this role, you'll be working on some of Australia's largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery.
You'll partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to help bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of the client's business at an operational level and develop a strong, trusted relationship with the client's external agency partners.
Support your immediate Manager and the broader Account Management team on the delivery of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications.
Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates.
Contribute to strategic briefing, development discussions and the writing of well-thought-through creative briefs.
Coordinate measurement, monitoring and tracking for post-campaign analysis.
Build and nurture strong working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.

Your Ideal Experience
At least 1 year of experience in an Account Executive or Account Manager role within a Creative or Communications Agency environment.
Proven experience managing campaigns and communications projects.
Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, Digital including Social Media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter.
Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by a commitment to delivery.
