What we offer
Tuesday - Saturday roster, or an option of a 4 day roster for hairdressers. We are flexible to what suits your lifestyle. Above award wages with incentives, bonuses and uncapped commissions; your earning potential grows with client care and sales. Opportunities to earn 70-90k based on your effort. Remuneration based on skills and years qualified (more skills = higher wages). Clear career progression to help increase your skills.

Senior Hairdresser – Skills & Experience
You will ideally have:
Confidence and competence across all aspects of hairdressing, including technical colour work, cutting, styling, and extension applications. If you need extra training, we will support and mentor you to be able to offer services you need help with.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in team or staff training (highly regarded but not essential).
Excellent retail sales skills and product knowledge.
A positive, motivated attitude and genuine passion for the hair industry.
Professional presentation and polished grooming standards.
A proactive, can-do approach to daily tasks and challenges.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-forward salon environment.
