**Our Opportunity**
- To review and maintain our existing policy library that underpins our framework, and companies position to meet Aged Care sector regulations.
- Support operational leaders across policy documents, amendments, change management and document storage for easy retrieval and knowledge sharing.
- Create and seek endorsement by approved stakeholders for new policies as per operational and/or regulatory changes.
- Work in a highly collaborative manner with stakeholders involved in policy development and operational needs. Be an active contributor to monthly stakeholder meetings/focus groups related to our policy environment.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement activities across our policy and processes framework.

**_About You_**

As an experienced policy writer, you will enjoy leveraging your diverse technical writing capabilities across:

- Exceptional ability to translate complex language / regulatory information into user friendly policy document for non-technical audiences to maintain compliance baselines.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders to seek out information, translate, socialise new changes and seek endorsement to enable policy creation, updating and document management activities.
- Thorough understanding of how sector regulatory and compliance changes need to underpin operational protocols, including auditing activities for policy management.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical: Our Policy Writer must be skilled in analysing complex clinical, general business and technology information, recommended policy positions, and developing policy documents that are endorsed for the organisation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders who need to understand, practically follow and support employee enquiries across our policy library.
