The appointment will be to the Metro North Health for the provision of services to one of the acute Hospitals.
About you
The position ensures 3 months of infectious disease rotation and 9 months of rotating medical terms with the possibility to conduct a research project under the supervision of one of our specialist ID physicians.
Provide medical care to neurology outpatients under the supervision of a specialist ID physician.
Provide ward-based ID consultations and reviews for surgical, ICU and medical teams under the supervision of a specialist ID physician.
Attendance to ID case discussion and journal club in Metro North Meetings.
Document relevant clinical information accurately, concisely and legibly in inpatient charts.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients in an emergency department, medical ward and outpatient setting.
