Provide efficient guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAssist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance proceduresPrepare and deliver food from the all day dining menu and cafe as required.QualificationsYour Skills and experience include:Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever changing environmentAbility to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems ariseClear and confident communication skills – both written and verbalKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera preferredFlexibility to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shiftsAdditional InformationAn opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way and experience Benefits Your Way at AccorAbility to really contribute and feel pride in knowing you have made a difference to the greater good of the Hotel OperationWork alongside passionate industry professionalsBe mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeed
