Job Title
We are seeking a seasoned structural engineer with expertise in delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for various assets. Our team is growing, and we have an exciting pipeline of projects across VIC, NSW, and QLD.
Main Responsibilities
Provide leadership in structural design on significant building projects
Manage selected projects, overseeing resource allocation and ensuring the integrity of the overall design
Pursue new opportunities with clients through project work by building relationships
Guide the project team, promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk, mitigation strategies, and best value design options
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in leading structural design for buildings across sectors
Proven ability to use ETABS, RAPT, and SPACEGASS design software
Demonstrated acumen in technical, commercial, and delivery aspects, managing inter-disciplinary design interfaces and/or projects
Strong influencing, motivating, and delegation skills
Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale projects to clients through all phases
