Our construction office is looking for a Part-Time office administrator/bookkeeper to help co-ordinate and track our new and exciting upcoming projects.
- Part time role - choose the days / hours you work
- Temporary Granville office/relocating back to Strathfield mid year

- We are a fast-paced, dynamic organisation with diversified business activities in Early Childcare Education, sales brokerage and property development._
- Due to continued growth of the group, we are looking to hire an experienced office administrator/bookkeeper with an eye for detail and a keen interest for financial systems and continuous business improvement._
- **This is a permanent part time position, working approximately 2-3 days per week (we are flexible on what days/hours you work)**_
- This role will suit someone who is business minded, is a self-starter and can work and solve problems autonomously in a fast-paced environment._
- In this role, you will primarily be working within our Managing Director and our Project Site Managers. You will also have the support of a small, hard working and close-knit office team._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Xero Bank and credit card transaction processing and reconciliation_
- _Maintaining construction project expense tracking records_
- _Liaising with site managers_
- _Xero/payroll support_
- _Assistance with purchase orders, entries and allocation_
- _Assisting payments and transfers_
- **About you**:_
- _Min. 2 years office administrator/bookkeeper experience with a common sense approach_
- _Ability to work and solve problems independently_
- _Diligent, precise and with a strong attention to detail_
- _Experience working in a face paced environment_
- _Must have extensive experience with Xero and Microsoft Office, in particular Excel._
- _Good people and communications skills_
- _Ability to prioritise workloads_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 2 years (required)
