**_The Venue_**

At iTL we give you dynamic, contemporary Italian food cooked with love and flair. We use only seasonal local ingredients and prepare unmissable hand-made pizza and pasta to guarantee the freshest flavours.

Located on the ground floor of SkyCity Adelaide's luxurious Eos Hotel, iTL is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week, and specialises in catering to our decerning hotel guests. With views of Adelaide Oval and Festival Plaza, you'll feel the hustle and bustle no matter what time of day.

At iTL, contemporary cooking is designed to bring people together, with share plates covering the table, Negronis raised to the weekend and desserts best served with an extra spoon.

**_ The Role_**

We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Venue Manager to lead the team. You will focus on running the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional food and customer service. Working closely with Head Chef Mario Vargiu you will build a strong cohesive team, focused on delivering high quality dining and service our guests.
- Implement a rigorous structured and supportive staff training program;
- Drive Beverage sales and training;
- Manage staff rostering;
- Design menus and unique offers;
- Manage cost of goods;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all health and safety policies are adhered to so the restaurant is a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

**_ About you_**

Exemplary customer experience, food, wine and spirits will be your passion. You will have prior experience managing a high-volume and vibrant venue, delivering revenue growth and managing large diverse teams. You will have strong business acumen, excellent beverage knowledge (WSET certification preferred) and proven experience adhering to set budgets and KPI's. You will drive the business through your hands-on leadership approach, and you will have an understanding of employee relations and health & safety practices. Your product knowledge will also be second to none.
