Hi All,

My name is Amie, I'm the Nominated Supervisor at Dashing Ducks Pre-School Croydon.

Our service has been open for just over 2 years. Our numbers are increasing rapidly. We currently have 2 Early Childhood Teachers and are looking for more educators to join our team.

Dashing Ducks consists of 3 rooms, 20 children for both the Babies and Toddlers and 33 in the Pre-School Room.

We have a great team of passionate and driven educators/room leaders however we enjoy providing higher educator to child ratios to allow the day to have a calm flowing routine for both the Educators and Childrens.

The environment is extremely inclusive with a level flow between the indoor-outdoor to allow for smooth transitions.

We have lovely relationships which have been built with the families and the team of Educators in such a short time, and I welcome all Educators to come and see me any time during the day to discuss any program ideas or concerns they may have.

I genuinely believe our Educators must feel comfortable, safe and happy in their work environment so that you can be your best for the children and their families. Our vision is based on building respectful relationships, and ensuring all children feel safe and secure.
