We are seeking to appoint a trustworthy and reliable Cleaner to assist in delivering washroom services to our valued customers. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to interact with customers and build a strong level of rapport.
This permanent full-time position offers an excellent work/life balance and flexible hours. Working from 7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, you will be provided with a fully maintained vehicle that you can take home and will only be required to return to the head office to replenish stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refilling soap and air fresheners, servicing both male and female washrooms
- Changing over of sanitary and nappy bins
- Replenishing of first aid supplies
- Systematic driving of vehicles to ensure efficient completion of routes
- Interacting with customers to ensure that expectation levels are being met
- Delivering hand towels and toilet paper to various locations
Key Requirements:
- A C class drivers' licence
- Ability to multi-task and quickly respond to customer needs
- Capability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Commitment to safety and standards
- Drive to continuously improve service through excellent communication
To be successful in this role you will be well presented and have excellent interpersonal skills. Your ability to go that extra mile for your customers is essential in this role along with your team player approach. You must be fit and healthy as you will be hand loading and unloading goods.
