**Responsibilities**:

- Provide attentive and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or guardians.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Follow specific routines and instructions provided by parents regarding meal times, bedtime, and any special requirements.
- Monitor children during playtime and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Handle minor disciplinary issues with patience and understanding, adhering to the family's disciplinary guidelines.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding any developments or concerns during babysitting sessions.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the children's living and play areas.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Certification in First Aid.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proven experience in childcare or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend babysitting sessions.
