This is a fully onsite role in a close-knit, capable team focused on continuous improvement and outstanding client service.About the RoleWe're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Service team in Fremantle.In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients – handling bookings, providing pricing and service options, and keeping them informed with timely updates on their orders.
You'll also take an active role in visiting clients to strengthen relationships, understand their needs firsthand, and identify opportunities to add value.Beyond managing day-to-day transactions, your goal will be to deliver a standout customer experience, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to customer loyalty.Key responsibilities include monitoring the status of customer orders, maintaining accurate data in our CargoWise system, and proactively communicating any exceptions or delays.To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
