We are looking for energetic team players who have a keen interest in joining our Company in the lead up to and during the Christmas season as fixed term Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.

We are renowned to our customers for providing quality products and to our Team Members, we are known for creating an enjoyable and supportive working culture.We are looking for team players that:Will provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences for our customers.Are results oriented and love selling.Have an ability to work productively in a fast-paced and energetic retail environment.Demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with replenishing and merchandising stock, ensuring displays are refreshed.Can work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays, including Boxing Day 2025.What you will be doing:Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires, at the busiest time of the year.Completing tailored in-house training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.Why you should work with us:Adults earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $33.31 plus applicable penalties for weekends and late nights.Generous staff discounts across our wide range of products.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic performance-based family culture.Ongoing opportunities may be available for proven candidates.Are you ready to add a little sparkle to your Christmas?
