Qc Inspector

**What you will do with us**:
We are looking for passionate science-based individuals to join us as **Quality Control Inspectors **in our cosmetic manufacturing operations based in Mt Kuring-Gai, NSW. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking to replace 1 role.

Having a Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology is advantageous. Training will be given.

**Reporting Manager**:Head of Quality.

**The main duties of this role include**:

- Production Documentation: Prepare run sheets and required paperwork for the production lines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Labeling and Shipment: Print and issue shipper labels when required.
- Line Inspections: Ensure the production lines commence, and verify that weights, packaging, labels, and other specifications are correct. Conduct line inspections at regular intervals.
- Retain Samples: Collect production retain samples for batch filled, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Raw Material and Packaging Sampling: test incoming goods before production to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain databases for traceability.
- Training: Attend and complete training sessions on manual handling, production paperwork preparation

**Skills and Experience**
- A Degree in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology is advantageous.
- At least 1-3 years experience in a Quality Team or similar roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to safety and compliance.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks simultaneously
