**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6-month contract paying up to $600/Day + Super. This role is located in Parramatta.

**About the Role**

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Manage and perform a wide variety of administration processes and procedures to deliver on the end to end recruitment of staff.
- Collect and compile information to contribute to preparation of documentation, correspondence and reports to support information flow and inform decision making.
- Update and maintain records and databases to comply with administrative systems and processes ensuring information is accurate, stored securely and accessible.
- Provide accurate and relevant responses stakeholders to address routine recruitment related enquiries and escalate and redirect all other issues to members of the project team to address and resolve.
- Provide support services to stakeholders in line with all associated business unit processes to ensure compliance with relevant NSW Public Sector recruitment policies, practices and statutory requirements.
- Attend and contribute to reviews of systems, processes and procedures to identify opportunities to enhance recruitment services in line with the Department's commitment to continuous improvement.

**About You**
- Experience in recruitment within Government 2 + years
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using Taleo, SAP and XREF is preferred.
