Maxima is on the lookout for customer service superstars to take the next step towards a career within a business environment.

Based in Port Adelaide, our host employer is a close-knit plasterboard installation company for both residential and commercial sites. Due to growth, they are looking to add a trainee into their office team to assist with all administrative tasks.

Across 18-months gain practical work experience and receive paid study time towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business **within the **Administration Stream**.

**Duties Include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
- Answer incoming and outgoing enquiries
- Assist to schedule and book appointments and jobs
- Process and maintain customer information, following up where necessary
- Additional administrative tasks as required

- Possess a positive approach by taking initiative and problem-solving
