**Reception (New Improve Physiotherapy Clinic)**

Job initially requires availability for Monday afternoon and cover when required on Thursday's and Friday's, 5 hour per shifts between 8am-7pm. Once able to demonstrate independence in role, hours can be increased to a part time role across two locations (Duncraig and Padbury).

**Job description Casual (5-10 hours a week)**

Improve Physiotherapy is a very fast growing Physiotherapy Clinic within the northern suburbs of Perth (Duncraig and Padbury). The clinics are located within a medical centre. We are currently open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. At present there is only one Physiotherapist working in the clinics that you will be working in a team with.

Laptop, coffee/tea and mobile phone provided supplied on site only.

**To be successful you will need to have the following**:
**Must have**
- Outstanding communications skills to all age groups, genuine, bubbly and upbeat personality, a go getter, a people person.
- Show initiative in providing value to the workplace and being proactive as you will need to work independently.
- Australian Citizenship
- 2 recent job references
- Cover letter

**Preferred but not essential**
- Lives locally.
- 1-2 years of reception experience.
- Basic computer skills with Macbook laptop and excel spreadsheet.
- Phone Calls
- Speaks clearly, confidently and is comfortable on the phone.

**Job Role Requirements (Training Supplied)**
- Booking new and existing patients on Halaxy software.
- Taking payments with private health cards on a Tyro machine, billing electronically and cash payments when necessary.
- Tracking patient retention on Excel spreadsheet.
- Follow up, rebooking and new patient calls.
