Our client is an industry body that prides itself in building trust and confidence in the influencer marketing sector. They're looking for a Digital Specialist for a 6-month contract.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the CEO, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Along with the Manager, help develop the communication plan
- Manage social media updates and plan and brief artists when needed
- Post assets to social channels
- Compile simple social posts on CANVA for Insta and LinkedIn, create EDMs via Squarespace website and send to members to engage them in the program
- Work across the marketing communication plan with the Manager
- Maintain the website as required
- Help manage member events, look after the ticketing on Eventbrite and liaise with the host team on catering, drinks etc, attend the events when needed
- Confirm numbers for the event, look after name tags & food labels for the event, order food and drink and update the website with event information, send out EDMs and post on socials about the event
- Assist the CEO with presentation materials and comms as required
- Develop and implement the member database and update and maintain when needed
- Help to onboard new members

YOU:

- You will have experience of using all social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc) and Squarespace
- Experience in coordinating events is a must as well as EDM experience (Zoho/Bigin)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills and you must be confident at liaising with all stakeholders
- Be familiar with the Adobe Suite and Canva
