We are currently seeking and Years 7 and 8 Learning and Wellbeing Leader for an ongoing full time or part time position, commencing Tuesday 28 January 2025.

The Learning and Wellbeing Leader is responsible for fostering a positive school environment, enhancing the overall wellbeing of students and implementing best known practices in pastoral care and management of behavioural development.

Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. Mercy College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe. A condition of employment is that the applicant is deemed to be suitable to work with children.
