**Job Title: Sandwich Maker/Barista (Casual) - $31.23 per hour**
**Location**: Mercato SMD - Western Power, Forrestdale
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 6am - 1:30pm (No nights or public holidays and no school holidays )

**About the Role**:
As a All Rounder will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, wraps, and rolls while ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized. You will also assist the front-of-house team with service and coffees as needed, helping us deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and rolls with care and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment in line with food safety standards
- Assist front-of-house staff with customer service
- Brew exceptional coffees
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and food safety guidelines are followed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar food preparation role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Must have food handling certification
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good customer service skills and a focus on delivering a high-quality product
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 6am - 12pm
