- ** Availability: Monday - Sunday Roster**:

- ** Opportunity to extend post contract**

As a Kiosk BA you will be expected to represent the brand, and to create a positive and highly engaging experience for customers.

Your primary focus will be to demonstrate Nespresso coffee through sampling, converting engagements into sales.

**As a Kiosk Brand Ambassador you will**:

- Engage customers through coffee sampling.
- Convert customer engagements into coffee sales.
- Assist customers in finding their perfect machine.
- Drive brand engagement.

**About you**:

- You are high energy and have a passion to work within a team
- Available to work Monday - Sunday and late night shopping trade hours on a roster system
- You have impeccable standards of personal grooming
- You excel at communication and relationship building

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare coffee for customers using Nespresso coffee & machines.
- Complete coffee transactions.
- Customer service and relationship building with excellent communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of consumables & milk products.
- Work collaboratively with team members.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
