Position Details
Ongoing Early Childhood Education Teacher Selection Criteria

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education Western Australia.

• Possess a thorough understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Standard, and current educational theories and practices, particularly those aligned with play-based learning.

• Be an enthusiastic, dedicated, and highly capable early childhood teacher who works collaboratively and cooperatively as part of a team.

• Display strong organisational skills, initiative, flexibility, and a consistently positive outlook.

• Effectively differentiate the learning program to meet the diverse needs of all students.

• Demonstrate resilience and the ability to adapt to challenges in a dynamic educational environment.
Qualifications Required
• Teaching applicants must have a current teacher registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA) and a current Working with Children Check.

• A relevant four year Early Childhood Degree .

• Applicants must be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
