**Your impact;**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IBP Manager to join the Group Corporate Planning division at Asahi Beverages. As the Group IBP Manager you will play a critical role in leading the development, coordination and execution of the Group Integrated Business Planning program across all functions, enabling Asahi Beverages to deliver or exceed it's Mid Term Plan goals.

As part of your role you will work closely with all areas of the business including our three business units; Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, Carlton United Breweries and Asahi Beverages New Zealand. You will also have the opportunity to implement organisational efficiency projects and driving education and capability uplift for Business Acumen processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Drive the maturity of the IBP process for Asahi Beverages including collaborating with key stakeholders from Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance areas to drive process improvement, implementing key initiatives that have been endorsed by the Executive Team.
- Gains understanding of and works with IBP Leadership Team to document operational and financial changes from the prior month's approved plan for the business, including areas of new product development, demand, supply, key performance indicators, strategic milestones.
- Ensure key issues are identified, discussed and resolved through the IBP process to ensure Asahi meets its financial and non-financial targets
- Assesses, critiques and challenges to ensure accuracy of plans and, when necessary, changes or rejects ELT materials developed by the IBP Leadership Team.
- Analyses alternate proposals with financial implications to come up with the latest view and recommendations of the business' operation plan via IBP Leadership Team
- Lead transformational improvements within the Group, through implementing and utilizing systems, tools and enablers.
- Implement new and innovative ways of using technology, process simplification and optimisation to successfully create a competitive advantage and operational efficiency for the business.
- Ensures stakeholders are effectively engaged to drive business outcomes and orchestrates discussions across business areas including Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial to identify and resolve issues arising during the month.
- Drive the organizational capability uplift in Business Acumen and other group capability programs.

**About you**:
You have a proven background in a large scale, matrixed organisation. Strong working knowledge of FMCG industry with experience in IBP/Planning. With an ability to take your stakeholders on the journey with you.

**You also have**:

- Excellent leadership capabilities (communication, influencing, customer focus and business acumen).
- Strong dealing with ambiguity and problem solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to assess financial implications of decisions and recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in change management.
