**About You**
- **Management experience in a high-performance store with small to medium teams.**:

- **An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team.**:

- Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- **Clientele & VIP experience maintaining customer relationships.**:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's.
- Experience with financial documents such as P&L, and sales and stock reports.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- Sales and results driven.
- **Passion for the luxury industry, building long lasting client relationships, and developing high performing teams.
