What's Included in the Graduate Program?
Our 12-month program, available in full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week), is designed to help early career nurses and midwives transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills.

What we'll need from youEvidence of Australian working rightsCompletion of a nursing or midwifery course after 1st June 2025 or expected completion at least one month before starting.Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, on a rotating roster including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays.What to get ready for your applicationYour updated resume (Mandatory)Two recent student clinical placement reports (Mandatory)Proof of Australian working rights (e.g. Australian / New Zealand passport, Australian birth certificate, or international passport and relevant Australian working visa evidence).
As part of your application, you will be asked to select your hospital preference (you can choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd preferences) as well as selecting the graduate stream you are interested in.
