**About the role**:
With a significant pipeline of opportunities identified across the Transport and Technology sectors, UGL are seeking to appoint an experienced **Completion CCMS Lead** working in the major projects space based in Melbourne:
Some of the key responsibilities but not limited to:

- Digitalisation of all Construction verification Doc's (ITP and ITR) in Hexagon CCMS software.
- Digitalisation of all Pre-commissioning verifications Doc's (ITP and ITR) in Hexagon CCMS software.
- Digitalisation of all Commissioning verifications Doc's (ITP and ITR) in Hexagon CCMS software.
- Upload Asset register and Cable schedule into Hexagon CCMS software.
- Allocate and work lot mapping of the relevant Construction ITP and ITR each work lot into Hexagon CCMS software.
- Allocate and Test Lot mapping of the relevant Commissioning ITP and ITR each work lot into Hexagon CCMS software.
- Manage overall function of work lots and test lots into Hexagon CCMS software.
- Providing Hexagon CCMS software training to all construction team.
- Oversee Asset Management Process/Framework.
- Monitor and track the close out of Punch List / Defects.
- Generating of NOE certification and commissioning stage certificate in Hexagon.
- Format and Implement Module for Turn-over Packs, Walk-down packs, HP / WP notifications

**About You**
- You will possess a recognised engineering qualification relevant to the position (Electrical or Mechanical discipline) and have at least 10 years' experience in the overall management and co-ordination of Quality control assurance and compliance processes on large projects similar to the Project Works and Temporary Works.
- Experience on projects, managing the implementation and operation of Hexagon CCMS software.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Tunnel, Oil & gas, Mining/ Construction and Safety Assurance experience
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
